Processing time for all orders are 2 working days. On most days we ship within 24 hrs or 1 working day after receiving your order.

At this moment all sales are final. If we have not shipped out your item, you may contact us to change for another item at customerservice@rucoral.com
If your order has been shipped out, please follow the instructions here to exchange for your item. All sales items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

A pre order item is an item available for advance order that will be shipped to you on a later date once we have received the inventory.

Just enter the promotion code upon checkout and the discount will be reflected automatically. Promotion codes are only available for use on regular items, one code may be used per order.

Yes of course. We partner with FedEx and Singapore Post. Most countries are included in the Select Country drop down in our shopping cart. However, if you do not see your country at checkout, please email us at customerservice@rucoral.com and we will provide shipping rates for your location.

Yes of course, you can place an order and have it shipped to another address other than that of your billing address.

For out of stock items, you will see a link to fill up your email to notify you when the item is back in stock.

Our swimwear and apparel are constructed to be suitable for both pool and beach. As some pieces could be very delicate, we recommend extra care. Follow the care label on each piece diligent and wash all items separately.
