Exchange Policy

We greatly value our customer’s satisfaction to ensure a pleasant shopping experience. Items purchased from Ru Coral can be returned for an exchange or store credit within 15 days of your delivery date for international customers and 7 days for domestic orders. At this moment we do not offer refunds. All merchandise are diligently inspected before they are shipped to you, but in an unlikely event you receive a damage or defective merchandise, we will replace the same item at no additional charge.

Conditions

    • Merchandise to be returned within 15 days (International orders) or 7 days (Domestic orders) of your delivery date with a valid RA (Return Authorization) Number. The RA number will be void after the specified time period. Packages without a valid RA Number will be returned at your expense.
    • Merchandise should be unworn, unwashed, free of any stains or damage and returned in the original packaging with all tags and hygienic liners intact. If we receive any merchandise in an unacceptable condition, we will return the item to you at your expense.
    • Shipping charges incurred for returned merchandise are your responsibility.
    • All returns will be processed in the form of store credit within 7 business days of receiving your returned merchandise. We will email you a gift card code to redeem online.
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be reflected in your store credit.
    • Sales Merchandise are final sales and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
    • For Domestic exchanges, reshipping charges may be applicable**

Returns Procedure

    • Submit a request for a RA (Return Authorization) Number at customerservice@rucoral.com with your order number, alternatively you may fill up this form.
    • You should receive a RA number within 2 working days.
    • Print out a copy of the RF (Returns Form) below and fill up accordingly with a valid RA number and other details required. Download form here
    • Enclose the RF form together with the returning merchandise and make your return using a trackable and insured shipping method.

NOTE: Ru Coral cannot be held responsible for any lost or late packages. In the unlikely event your package was not returned on time, we cannot guarantee that there will be any refunds issued.
